Ukon Collection Policy in Singapore

Dear Valued Distributors,

Enagic Singapore Pte Ltd has introduced the New Collection Policy which took effect immediately as below:
New Collection Policy All Machines and Ukon products must be collected within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your order is not collected within this time, Enagic Singapore has the right to allocate those goods to another customer. An administration and store rent fee may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame. All goods that are not collected within the 60 days, will be AUTO FORFEITED, NO REFUND will be allowed and NO COLLECTION will be allowed after that.

Kindly TAKE NOTE that there shall be no penalty imposed should the UKON be collected by May 12th, 2017. However, Enagic Singapore Pte Ltd shall impose administrative and storage fee to the receiver if the collection were to be made within May 13th to May 31st, 2017. The goods shall be forfeited automatically and there shall be no refund and collection allowed after such period.

UKON Commission Advisory

Senior corporate management at Japan Headquarters has decided that the UKON DD commissions are paid out after being accumulated 10,000 peso or over (per Distributor ID number) on daily basis starting May 02, 2017.

Dear Valued Distributors,
With effect from 3rd April 2017

1. Kangen Ukon price will be increased from 58,000 JPY to 68,000 JPY for E8PA card holders. For non card holder price is 76,000 JPY

2. Discontinue of member price for Super 501 and Anespa. Only E8PA card holders are able to purchase the new Anespa and Super 501 card holder price.

Price increase due to the cost has been increased for past 10 years which are material, ingredients cost and labor.

We appreciate your kind understanding and support shown towards Enagic.

Do not hesitate to call us for further assistance or inquiry.
For new application of UKON, ANESPA and SUPER E8PA card price will be distributed on 3rd of April 2017.
